Obituary
Jeremiah Perez was called to rest on May 18, 2023, at the age of 9 years old following a lifelong battle with Cerebral Palsy.
Jeremiah was born July 11, 2013, in Providence, Rhode Island to his parents Marcelino Perez and Zoila Taveras.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Ms. Maribelle Castellano and Mr. Marcelino Perez
He leaves to cherish his memory his father Marcelino Perez, his mother Zoila Taveras, a brother Aaron Perez, his aunt Marilyn Perez and uncle Luiz Negron.
He also leaves to cherish his memory the CNA's that loved and cared for him Catherine and Nicaury Contreas.
Hasbro Children's Hospital and Amos House staff especially the family case manager Debra Fowler.
Jeremiah had a smile that lit up a room especially when he saw his father, Marcelino. He enjoyed watching movies and seeing the lights on the Christmas tree.
Jeremiah will be truly missed by all who loved and cared for him and those who had an opportunity to meet him.
