I just have to say that laying my aunt to rest was one of the most gut-wrenching experiences of my life. Mercedes and her amazing team held my hand every step of the way and made what could have been a very stressful painful situation that much more bearable. I have never been to a funeral home that felt so warm and welcoming. Mercedes thank you for getting me and my family through this experience with class and utter compassion.
